My earliest memories are of road trips in our camper—spending nights wrapped in blankets on the roof, counting shooting stars with my brother. I can still feel the chill of foggy mornings on the Oregon coast and the excitement of whale watching while island hopping in Nova Scotia.
As I got older, my adventures shifted to strolling down the Champs-Élysées at Christmas and swimming in the magical grottos of the Amalfi Coast. Traveling became my greatest passion, and it grew even deeper once I began capturing the beauty of landscapes through photography. It’s this love for exploration and storytelling that I bring to every journey.

What’s the story behind starting a photography and videography team with your husband?
I’ve always had a passion for video—so much so that I almost majored in video production at SCAD. During an elopement, I tried to juggle both photography and videography but found myself rushing the video to get back to photography. While I captured an incredible photo, I completely missed the moment on video.
After hearing me vent, Scott, who had been flying drones with me for years, started exploring videography. It felt like a natural next step for him, and now, we get to work together as a team. It’s a dream come true to offer our clients both photography and video while traveling and creating memories together.
Do you have a bucket list destination for a future shoot? The Faroe Islands
Why is Iceland so special to you? Every time I visit Iceland, it feels like stepping into a dream—a place so surreal it’s like Heaven on Earth or another planet entirely. I’ve had a whale swim so close I could have reached out to touch it. I’ve danced beneath breathtaking auroras, zip-lined over waterfalls, and walked along black sand beaches bathed in the golden glow of the midnight sun.
The magic of being in an ice cave is something I could talk about for hours. Each adventure feels like a scene from a dream come to life, and it’s why Iceland holds such a special place in my heart.
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend when you’re not shooting? In a cabin in the woods, where the only sounds are the whispers of nature, life slows down. The biggest choice you face is deciding which trail to wander, letting the journey lead the way.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I ran the Chicago Marathon! One of my biggest accomplishments.
What’s a favorite memory from your own adventures with Scott? .One of my most treasured memories is of a family vacation with my daughters and Scott, swimming alongside sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters of Saint Thomas. I captured it on video, and it’s a priceless keepsake that takes me back to that magical moment every time I watch it.
This memory is a reminder of why I’m so passionate about photography and videography—to help others preserve the heart of their adventures and relive those extraordinary moments for years to come.
